I am reporting this again because it is in old posts but not recent. This past week this button has come to be a real headache. I can not open any windows … clean cache. Started over, lost a lot of work. It has been happening a night mostly which is the only time I can connect to my internet. I have had to close down two hours earlier than I should the past three days. Please help … I read questions about sales, What are they?
