Can someone please tell me how to correct this?

@MidwestMom Welcome to Zazzle! Brand new stores take time to set up as a lot of magic happens behind the scenes.
It can take a few days (currently longer due to a backlog/ website indexing delays)
Have faith your new products will appear eventually - just can’t say when atm
zrank will raise once you start getting sales and once your new store is fully indexed and you have completed all the required store set up steps, it should raise to at least 4. Again , there’s probably be a delay due to indexing issues.
Even though your products don’t appear in your store front yet or in the marketplace - you can still promote them (sharing etc) to your social channels via the store back end and get more eyes on your products which which hopefully lead to more sales for you
Patience is key and nothing is ever immediate so the only thing you can do is wait for the website to catch-up (and promote your products)
Right now, nothing in my site created from 1/21 has been indexed. So this is a longer than usual wait. There is no telling how much longer it will be. This is global, so it is not that you did anything wrong.
Some of the products are showing up now. Great idea for a shop!
