For what ever reason images are not easily uploading.. I tried for literally hours (4 to be exact ) to upload One image an AI file - one that I made a small color change to that is already in my image files - it gets almost to the end of uploading then comes up with an upload error- less than 2mgs same settings - made a png file of it and it completely uploaded.. VERY slow but it uploaded.. no reason it should have had an issue with my ai file and yes I have the settings to allow pdf to be attached. Nothing different than I have done for years - no text involved.. image is my own - no reason to block the upload of it. AND I have noticed for days now, a duplicate image that is greyed out next to any new uploads with an orange line above the image box.. what is this? things at zazzle seems to be sorely disrupted -

Same here. I’m getting Upload Failed Error this morning when trying to upload Mock-up images even though they are created to correct dimensions. I seem to be able to upload other images OK though, at least the ones I’ve tried so far.

Me too. I even used the web page to submit for support and I wanted to attach a pic of the error and I got the same error for that file upload. it does not seem to us or the file. It seems to be their website/app. I tried that Zazzle app on ipad, browser on ipad, and browser on Windows system and all give the same error.
I’m also having issues uploading some but not all images - out of 4 (similar to me) photos, 2 succeeded and two failed. I’ve tried the failed ones over again and they still fail. Very confusing.

I can upload any other files types but I still can’t get a SVG to upload
I tried both SVG and PNG, both failed to upload - it’s happened before but never on this scale

Yup, me too, trying to upload a new PNG image, getting that server error message. Had to come here to hope to find out if it was only me, my file, or widespread.

A potential customer contacted me around the same time all of you weren’t able to upload with the same problem. After I saw this here, I uploaded both a jpg & a png with no problems, so I think it’s working again.
My problem is a bit more mysterious. I can upload images that I purchased, but when I use Photoshop to alter them, save them and then try to upload them I can’t. I do this dozens of times a day and it always works. Yesterday and today, that no longer works. That includes both .png and .svg files.
I had issues all week trying to edit designs that were already published, but today it’s new upload as well. I thought it might be a Safari issue, but the same results in Chrome.
Yes! This seems to be the same for me too, I seem to be able to add graphics I have purchased, but not jpgs and pngs I have saved from Photoshop.
