I’m trying to make Christmas cards and wanted to make a cover photo but the all the tabs are missing (download, media and the rest that go across the top of a product). Anyone else? I feel like every time i try to make products on Zazzle lately something is broken and preventing me.
Not sure if this is it or not, but this will happen if you’ve entered the design tool and exited again. Make sure that there aren’t any parameters in the link - like if there’s a question mark delete it and everything after it. If that doesn’t work try refreshing the page or go back to your products page and enter it fresh from there.

@wheresthekarma Check you’ve actually posted it for sale and it’s not a work in progress - I don’t see a “by store name” on the screen shot

I am not sure what was happening. For the rest of that night I could not list anything for sale, but now everything seems back to normal now. I make a lot of products every day and never ran into this problem before, not sure what was happening.
