Is This Happening to Anyone Else?

Good morning,

For the last two nights, some money has been taken out of my pending amount.  It didn’t go to current balance, and they were not cancellations.  Before, a couple of pennies were taken out here and there.  I ignored it.  But this is far more than a few pennies.  Is this happening to anyone else?  Does anyone know what is going on?

@whimsywhim   it’s expected. You’ve probably had international sales and the exchange rate changes daily (and Z quick to apply those exchange rates)

Thank you for your response.  I have many international buyers, but this has never happened - not to this extent.  And it has just been happening to such an extent for the last two days.  I hope Zazzle reps respond.  Perhaps they are taking an extra percentage for international sales.

@whimsywhim  They won’t be taking “extra percentage for international sales” Have you checked for any cancellations?

Yes.  That was the first thing I did.  The pending number of sales didn’t change.  At first, I thought it would catch up, but there were no corresponding cancellations either time.  The whole thing is just bizarre.  Thankfully, Zazzle reached out and hopefully this will be resolved.  Thanks for responding!
