I’m still not AT ALL happy with the new rates .. but noticed this .. I did one shop at 10% to see if it made a diff.. and not really .. that aside my little pittance ob .90 for a mug sale .. which imho is criminal.. I see a 1 cent not in my favor discrepency .. why ? to me its only 2 cents .. (2sales) but add it up for the millions of sales zazzle gets in a day ..

If you hover over the Earnings amount on the Transaction Details page, you will see the precise number/calculation. Ambassadors are paid based on the precise calculations.

Deb, I agree with you it’s only a penny, but all those pennies add up over time. I’ve noticed the same thing for the past month or so and wondered why there’s a penny difference here and there… it really feels like that’s my penny. And what you posted is exactly what many of us are thinking but too hesitant to say openly in the community.

@Deb, my neighbor is an accountant for a payroll company and I asked him about this. In the business world, accountants and payroll companies pay to the exact penny, and if anything gets rounded, it’s always in the employee’s favor never taken away. But we’re not employees, we’re contractors earning royalties, so that’s probably why we’re seeing these little penny differences. And of course, Zazzle’s official explanation says this is normal and allowed under their system. It just feels like one more thing we have to accept, the same way we had to accept the marketing and royalty fees.
