Backend sort by last viewed date has not updated properly for me since 2-3 days ago

I am having problems with “last viewed date” taking a long time to register,.  It’s gotten worse over the last several days.  This morning, my last views are “2 days ago”.  I’m quite certain this is inaccurate, as I have daily views.

I am having the same issue.  Now new last views for past 2 days.

Same thing here. Views did update yesterday, but not today. And they should have by now.

Finally some sort of technical issue we are familiar with. Don’t worry everyone, it’ll take a few days/weeks/months, and everything will be back to normal.

I’m having the same issue. My Last Viewed display has not changed for the last 2 days.

Has Zazzle responded to anyone about the views not updating?

I checked a few accounts and the Last Viewed Date showed “1 day ago” for the most recently viewed products. We’ll keep an eye on this.

Yes, but if I look in the backend of my store from “newest to oldest”, most of my views are still not updated at all, or what was once last viewed “3 days ago” is now “2 days” or “1 day ago”. I know this is not correct because I clicked on those products yesterday. As well as the day before. And the day before that. So if this was working correctly, my newer created products would have shown last viewed as “1 day” ago. (1 that I created on 5/14 is still showing “never” for any views.)

Sine yesterday views have been updating…seems to be working properly again.

Yes, since very late last night things seem to have caught up & it’s working for me as well. Hope it stays that way!

‘last 24 hours’ does not work. I only get things labelled as 1 day ago or longer.

“last 24 hours” has been broken for weeks.  They used to show up with only a couple of hours delay.  Now the delay is about 22 hours.  Makes the “last 24 hours” completely useless.
