Products created on the 25th still not showing on the 29th.

system added one product of mine over the past week. Still days behind

I have products from 8/23 that haven’t indexed. Thanks for looking into this!

@Mark  Is it possible to please get an update on this? From what I can see it’s been at least 15+ hours since anything has indexed, the last items indexed were created on 8/23/24 around 4:30pm. We are about 6 days behind now, so I’m wondering, is Zazzle only indexing once a week now?

Engineering is aware of the situation, and they’re currently working on a fix. We apologize for the issues here.

I just looked I have products from 7/31 that still haven’t indexed

I’m new on zazzle and was wondering how long it usually takes for listings to be indexed. I’m actually glad to see I’m not the only one with big delays, but what’s the average indexing time when everything is running well?

@karab  It’s difficult to say exactly. Officially it’s 48-72 hours - nothing is ever immediate (you’ll learn to wear a hat of patience like I do )

When the site is slow at indexing - it can take longer (which is what we’re going through now)

Engineering is aware I believe and a fix is on the list
