Likes Not Appearing in Stats

I found this issue in General Discussion (started in July) but the problem seems unsolved. Admin’s last reply (in July) says it is possible someone Liked the product, then un-Liked it. This could be a possibility but it appears to me to be a technical issue considering the number of products and number of creators voicing the same complaints.

Here are two of mine (received messages 4 and 6 days ago).

I know I have more I have seen in the past but can’t remember all of them (messages only go so far). I do remember one was a product with a World Peace prayer and none of those products show a Like.

Can you please look into this.

I have received notifications of a few likes since the new notification feature was added , but the “likes” have never appeared in the stats. It would be nice and helpful if this could be corrected. The current lack of updating of views and sales in the stats is more important, but the “likes” has been ongoing for at least half the year, maybe longer, but we wouldn’t know it if it weren’t for the notifications. Will this be addressed? Is it happening to all? Is there an update on the issue? With respect Thank You.

I’ve also had likes in the last week that haven’t been updated in the stats. Could this be to do with the latest views glitch? The views stats have been updated but the likes are still stuck?

How can you see that someone liked a product if the likes aren’t showing up in the stats?

Same problem here, we had some like notifications but they not appears in the stats. So it’s a bug, right ?

I remember a while ago I had likes on products and they were showing, but in order to enable image customisation I had transferred those products to new ones and then deleted them. And I think that’s when it started to bug, now the likes don’t show up in the stats. Maybe that’s the cause of the bug, if it can help the technical team.
