Linktree message (unable to link my store)

Hi, I’ve been a designer on zazzle for about 7 months now. Still learning :). Question: Why am I unable to link my zazzle store URL to Linktree (linktr.ee). This is what I get when I add my link_ Access to this page has been denied.

I’d appreciate any insight and instruction. Thanks! Suzanne

I use linktr.ee and I would say ask them. Where is your linktree link? I could look at it from there to see if it takes me to your Zazzle page.
