Listings not showing in store manager

I’m in the store manager trying to share products for a blog article, and it’s not showing me a lot of my listings. This is a screenshot of one of the categories that I definitely have products in, but it’s happening in a lot of categories. I did a search for products on Zazzle, and a photo template phone case of mine does show up in regular search results, but they’re just not showing up in my shop manager. It’s also happening in other sections, like I mentioned, but those products are also showing up in regular Zazzle search results, just not in the manager.

I also just noticed that it’s showing blank templates in the store manager for a lot of things, but when I click on them it’s showing the image correctly for the customer seeing it.

Something is up. I just shared on another post that when I went to filter for discontinued products to get all the letterpress ones I get “Sorry, no products found” too. But yet when I dig through to find lp designs, they are marked in a red “discontinued.”

@karab When I log in as you I see products exactly as I’d expect. Can you try deleting your browser cache and cookies and try again?

I checked, and they are showing in the shop manager now, so it could have been a temporary problem. I didn’t have to clear the cache or anything on my end. Thanks for looking at it.

I can see them now too.
