What does it mean when there is a Lock Icon next to a collection in my list of collections? I can’t view the collection or unlock it. Thanks!
It depends where you are seeing the lock icon. Are you viewing the list of your collections from your store back end collection tab or via your member homepage collection tab or when you are trying to add a product?
Locked collections are usually ‘inactive’ or private (could be that it’s not full indexed or borked)
I sometimes see them if I’m in my store’s back end trying to add a product to one of my other’s store’s cross sell type. (it doesn’t like that)

In the collection edit tool, go to ‘collection marketplace’ tab (top right) and there you will see a slider button that allows you remove the collection from the marketplace. If that is ‘on’ that will be why it isn’t visible.
