Matchboxes ‘under review’ 2 months

I designed some matchboxes in mid-November, but they’re still showing as “under review”. Just wondering if there’s any particular reason for this? Other products (espadrilles) are only ‘under review’ for a few days.

mine usually are addressed in a couple days. Now its been more than a week

My “Autumn Vibes” matchbox is under review. How long does it take to review a matchbox? A day, a week or what?
