I’m curious if a store becomes more visible when you reach certain milestones, like the number of products (e.g., 1000 or 2000). Are there other factors that help boost visibility or ranking as your store grows?

Number of products in your store is irrelevant to getting visibility in the marketplace. There are millions of products.
What matters is sales.
Promote, promote and promote some more - don’t rely on being found in the marketplace - get the sales/self referrals for your promotional efforts and your visibility/ranking may increase (nothing is guaranteed)
