Hi all
I hope this is in the right place ![]()
I know that when ordering, customers should place their order from the domain which corresponds to their region (.co.uk for example), in order that Zazzle covers local taxes and import duties upfront.
However, how does this work with the app? When I log into the (Android) app, I’ve noticed that it shows everything in USD and I can’t seem to find a way to change it. So if someone in the UK places an order via the app, will this be the equivalent of placing the order on Zazzle’s .com (US) site?
I know you can set the country/region in ‘delivery options’, but is this the same as changing the domain on the website, or just putting in a UK address for delivery on the .com site?
Also, not sure to whom I should direct an issue I’ve come across with the website. The issue is that when you’re on a product page on the .com site and scroll to the bottom and change the flag to any other region, it changes to that region’s site and _stays on the product page. _This is great as people who are not from the US can just change it to their location and place their order (after clicking a .com link in a social media post for example). However this only works from the ,com site. If you’re on any other domain’s product page (again, I’ll use .co.uk as an example), and try to change to any other domain, it just goes straight to the homepage and you lose the product. This is a little annoying, as you can’t just send out a .co.uk link and let ]people change the location easily before placing an order.
Any advice would be appreciated - thanks all, have a great day!
