Multiple orders placed at the same time and automatically canceled – is this a system issue?

Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing a strange issue with some of my greeting cards and I wanted to check if anyone else has faced something similar.

Over the past few days, the same card has been purchased multiple times (sometimes 10–16 orders in a row) within the same hour , by different customers from different locations.
Shortly after, all of these orders get automatically canceled

I’d really appreciate any insight or shared experiences.

Someone else posted about this before Christmas. Did you search for a similar post? I don’t remember what the resolution was — or if there was a resolution.

Could be someone testing stolen credit cards unfortunately.
