My store rank is -1

Hi,
I opened another new store. I did all store completion steps. I have good designed thumbnails, and products. Why my store’s rank is still -1. Is this negative situation for my store? What should i do for rank 1 and above?

Hi @Kubilay ,

This may just be your store needing some time to update after making changes but I have checked in with the team to be sure. I will let you know once I get an update.

I would love to know as well.  I’m at 100% completion steps for my first store and it’s been stuck at a z-rank of 3.  My newest store is at a 75% completion rate and is still at a z-rank of 1.

Hi all,

The team have confirmed this is a tech issue and have created a ticket. Hopefully we can have a fix soon. I would keep an eye on this thread.
