Since we already have custom-cut stickers, it would be really great to have custom-cut magnets. There are very popular. We already have car magnets, but custom-cut ones would be really cool to have for homes and offices to slap on refrigerators, cabinets and more. They are of the thin, flat variety.

Sorry to inform you, but the product you are referring to are the Sculptured Photos, and they have been discontinued a long time ago.

This “product” is hard to be understood, just take a look into the reviews and the images there. We have a sculpture, a magnet, a ornament, a pin or a key chain. On a hard “back”, cut out, 3 dimensional and special. But the mockup images are the worst ever possible
Yes, I knew the Acrylic Magnets existed, but that was sometime ago when they came to Zazzle and I forgot about them. Thanks for the reminder. Don’t think I ever designed any of these thicker acrylic cut out magnets, or sculptures or other options offered, but they do look cool, and come in small to pretty large sizes (for the sculptures).
In regards to the Photo Magnets for displaying on a refrigerator, large magnetic easel boards, file cabinets, etc., I was also thinking of the “thinner flat flexible magnets” (similar to the 5 x 7 Magnetic Cards Zazzle offers, which can be used for photos, business cards, etc. and come in various sizes). I’ve ordered these in the past in 5 x 7 from my designs with typography and they printed out great! But they are '“Very Thin” at only 14 pt! The plastic acrylic magnets would not have looked good for the type of designs I needed them for.
– But there are “flexible flat magnets” that are made a Bit Thicker and Sturdier than Zazzle’s Magnetic Cards which are only 14 pt thickness from what I saw in the item description. Similiar to the Photo Magnets that you can order from the School’s from picture day portraits taken. These are always very nice with vibrant colors printed directly on them (I have several of them from our family member schools on our fridge over the years) and they are flexible but sturdy “with a rubber feel” and thick enough to stick on and off a refrigerator without bending, and they feel of substance similair to holding a card in your hands, unlike the thinner 14 pt Magnetic Cards via Zazzle.
– Note that I also have “thicker” Magnetic Cards than the school portraits ones. I have “flexibe flat magnetic cards” in 4 x 5 and also 8 x 10 (on my lower part of refrigerator) of drawings our child did in school years ago when very young (ordered from a different company from our school and they offered the students designs on many different items). -These flat flexible Magnetic Cards are heavier weight like 20 pt. And these “thicker flat magnets” feel even better quality putting on and off the refrigerator (or when used to put on magnetic easel when our child was younger). Nice thickness also for little hands putting them on their easel. 14 pt is too thin like barely there feel to them.
Flexible Photo Magnets that are at least 20 pt would be great to design on in different Sizes and with Image Cut-Outs via Zazzle! And for those designs that a thicker acrylic magnet won’t do, or for those customers who don’t want the acrylic.
Magnetic Thickness reference:
14 pt to 15 pt (~0.36 mm) : Very thin more of budget quality.
20 pt (~0.51 mm): Standard refrigerator magnet thickness. Though some companies offer slightly thicker magnetic sheeting for this type of use. (20 mil to 30 mil thick, approx. 0.5mm to 0.7 mm, is the industry standard for lightweight refrigerator type use).
To Zazzle Mods: Is there any way that Zazzle would be able to offer at least 20 pt Thickness for “flat flexible” Magnetic Cards, and in various sizes Small to much Larger, and with Cut-Outs of the Images? Instead of only offering it via the acrylic magnetic cut-out image types, which are bulkier?
