Hi, I’m new to selling on Zazzle. I have my first customer!
I problem is when he tries to check out it wants my email address?
I’m not sure what to do. Can anyone help? Any help is greatly appreciated:)
Don’t give your email address. Zazzle does not require that. It’s a scam.

This sounds scammy, but if this is a very confused customer, Zazzle wants his contact details. So he enters his own email address.

It does sound suspicious. When in doubt send him to customer support. He can get there via: www.zazzle.com/about/ask or https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/221463567-How-Do-I-Contact-Zazzle-Customer-Support-
It’s not your role to help customers through the ordering process - they’re purchasing from Zazzle, not from you.

It seems like another case of fraud, despite phone verification. Do not reply, report, and block.
