A little more control would be nice.
I just removed the background (fairly solid dark green) from an image and lost the BLACK eye in my whale.
Other than this, It was nice not to have to open another program to edit the image.
It would be nice if we could SAVE the altered image to use again.
When removing the background from a placeholder photo, and setting the photo as a template object, it would be great to have the background also removed automatically from whatever picture the customer uploads.
Or maybe add a toggle under the template options settings in the design tool?

@tiffjamaica I thought the same thing the moment I saw it. If the photo is a template photo, having the background also removed from the customer’s photo makes sense.

I just tried it and it seems to work perfectly, but there seems to be a glitch in the tool or the featuring of the products that use it. Please see the attached images that shows white “shadows” in the product previews.

This Bg removal tool is not good enough. Ocassonally, it does not removes the BG completely.
Thanks for working to include what we need! I used to use a website but they took away some of their features and I really miss it. Hoping this new tool is useful for me.
tried it once… the tool removed all of the text from my design as well as part of the image itself… needs quite a bit of work
I have used the background removal tool a few times and it works great. Thank you for adding this tool.
Happy to see this! I tried it on one item, the hershey kiss I think. It left about 1/3 of it unerased.
