I am not quite sure what you’re trying to do here, so all I can do is guess.
I see all four items on screen are selected, so I can only assume you’re trying to clean up your Saved Designs. If you’re looking to delete designs in bulk please try opening the All Products dropdown (it’s above the product grid) and change that to Saved Designs, then delete whatever designs you want from that new list. Your issue may be that you’re trying to delete a product (or multiple) that you’ve ordered in the past.
No i did not order any of these items, and nothing is in my cart. Yes I am trying to delete 4 products that are in my saved . I have deleted multiple products before and never had a popup . This popup is new
The third item from your screenshot (“watercolor floral personalized…” folded card) is included in your most recent order from us. That’s why you can’t delete that design. The rest of the products appearing in your screenshot above have been deleted.
okay so what you are saying is because I bought that card I cannot delete it when its in saved. That I can only delete other products that were not bought . Is there a reason for the inability to delete a recently bought product when its located in saved. I have bad cold , but this sounds confusing to me just saying
