I posted a new holiday card 2 days ago, and it is not showing in my backend nor in the marketplace. I edited the product from the Saved Designs section and posted again. I’m given a link (see below), but it’s not visible in my backend. Help…

I looked at your card which is beautiful, by the way! But something looks odd - your store name is not listed under the title of the product and also not listed under the “about this design” info. Normally, your store name would show In those 2 locations. Could you perhaps have created that card and posted it for sale while not logged into your account? (I don’t even know if that is possible!) Clearly there is a disconnect between that product and your store. Hopefully, a Zazzle mod can sort it out for you.
I just went to the Zazzle marketplace and searched for “elegant family photo collage merry christmas holiday card”. I checked for the newest search results, rather than popular. Here is what I see:

Neither one of them show your store name. It looks as though they were published from some place other than your store backend.
Good thoughts, and well-noted! I have to wonder if maybe the OP has a private store and published from there, and maybe that’s why she can’t find it in the backend of the store she thought she was publishing from.
Yes, that is exactly what happened! A private store of mine was set to default, and I totally missed it before posting. Thank you, Windy, and all of you, for your help! Lesson learned.
