Please don’t say you’ll pass it on and then do nothing about it. I have reported multiple serious problems that are affecting my ability to work and make money for Zazzle and myself, but nothing has been fixed. Thank you in advance.
I was able to replicate the issue with the designs not being migrated to the new sizes. I have reported this to our team. I am unable to resolve the issue myself, as I am a moderator and not an engineer, but once I get an update I’ll let you know.
Regarding the image shrinking and moving to the top left corner, can you provide details on how this happens? I have not been able to replicate this on my end.
