I’ve noticed that Zazzle is upscaling a lot of my older photos for products that have large surface areas. But I also noticed some of the time it wouldn’t upscale. I thought maybe it was the product type or maybe that the servers were overloaded but recently I discovered a pattern - my widescreen format images never get upscaled. I was wondering is that on purpose or is that a bug?
I’m sorry you’re having issues with your images. So that I can look into this further and get some clarification, can you please share the dimensions of the images that you’ve noticed this issue with?

The camera I had almost 20 years ago now, it took widescreen format at 3328x1872. So if I try to put one of those images on say a wrapping paper, it’s just a little bit too small.
I’ve noticed the past two days image enhancing hasn’t been happening for me. I haven’t noticed a pattern, just none of them. To be fair I’ve only tried a couple of images on aprons.
