Nothing found on search when using Google Chrome.

Hello,

When I search on Zazzle’s main page, nothing turns up when I use Google Chrome.  Safari works normally.
I’m afraid we’re all losing out on sales when a potential customer is using Chrome.  Perhaps this is why sales are dropping.

Thank you.

I don’t think it’s gone, it’s just changed quite a bit.  Now on Chrome, you’ll have to click the “Shopping” tab at the top, if Zazzle has the category you’re looking for.  Next, you might have to look on the left side of “Refine results” to even pull up Zazzle as a store listed.  From there, you “may” find your results.
The reason is simply paid results versus non paid results in their algorithm.  Zazzle has been “paying for ads”, hence the % of marketing fees since April 2025.  And Google is shifting paying customers ahead of the non paying ones.  It’s just business in a very lean economy.  And whether or not a customer is going to do all that, probably not.  Although, many times Google users are asking Google questions.  So, that’s a fine hint as to getting searchable in today’s arena.

I was searching for a super niche product today on the safari browser on my phone and listings weren’t showing up, so something is off.

This happened before and I’m having the same problem again too.

It has something to do with the Chrome profile being corrupt. I had to reset my entire Chrome profile and set up a new Chrome profile and then I could finally see the product pages on Zazzle.

I really think this has something to do with Zazzle, because I don’t have the same problem anywhere else on the web.

I really hope Zazzle looks into this, because overall Zazzle and the creators are losing sales. And, how many creators don’t even realize this is happening?
