I’m running into an issue with my notifications. On mobile, everything seems to work fine and the notification bell in the top right shows new updates.
However, on my desktop, the notifications are stuck from four days ago. They aren’t updating at all—for example, I just made a sale after several weeks (received the email confirmation) and have new followers and product reviews, but none of these appear in the desktop feed.
I’m using Safari on a Mac. Is anyone else experiencing this delay, or is there a known fix?

I just logged in as you, and I see several notifications from the last 24 hours. Can you try a different browser to see if things appear differently? I’m wondering if you might have enabled a setting or installed a browser extension that is impacting the display of new content here. Also, you can try clearing browser cache and cookies to see if that fixes it.
This has been happening with me for months now. I’m also on a Mac with safari. However, things do work correctly for me on mobile & also on chrome on my desktop.
Macbook pro and Safari: works
iPhone and every Browser: works
iPad and every Browser: works
Mac and Safari: does not work.
But… with the Brave browser, it works. So, it’s a safari thing in this wild wild ecosystem. It’s OK for me.
