Hi,
I’m having an issue with opacity. In the Design Tool, the pink frame is visible, but in the preview it disappears completely.
What worries me most is that someone has just purchased this card 
I’m really wondering what the customer will actually receive. Is this only a preview issue, or will the semi-transparent element also be missing from the printed product?
I’ve noticed that this issue also seems to happen from time to time with newly created products. Recently, I added two simple lines (from the design tool) and set the opacity to 50%. One of them appeared correctly in the preview, but the other one didn’t show up at all.
Has anyone else noticed this problem recently?
