same problem January cancel, February payment also canceled?
If you email them they say sorry to hear that but no soultion to give you or till what is wrong.
This just happened to me, but I did get a response, they said that the W8 ben forms had become out ouf date - and so to re sumit a new one to get it resolved. - which I have done - So I’ve no idea how many years they are valid for, but hopefully it will fix the problem and I can get paid. - So my advice is maybe resubmit the w8ben form it might be out of date.
