It’s the 15th and payment has not been received. It is still sitting as pending
It’s a little early in the day here, no one’s at work yet … maybe you’re in a different time zone?? It sometimes doesn’t clear 'til end of the day PMT.
it’s very early morning in the USA (4 am ish depending where you are)
Payments normally land in Paypal late in the afternoon (us time) (for me - late in the evening UK time)
They will land today - just later on

i typically receive mine a few days ahead of the 15th so this is unusual for me
Z is about six hours ahead. But regardless, i usually have my payments several days before the 15th
I am still waiting for the W8-BEN approval. Although i have submitted in July, it still shown that I have not submit the form under my account… 
. Hope I can get the account problem resolved as soon as possible, then i can go on and do some promotions.
I’m having the same issue. I’ve already contacted support because I haven’t received my payment either.
