Hi,
I’m new here. I sent a W-8 form to Zazzle, waiting for a response for the next few weeks.
But there is something strange going on with payment settings. I enter my PayPal email and I save it and it’s there. After that I click some other link, return back to payment settings and the field with my email address is empty. And it’s happening all the time.
What is going on? Did I miss something?

Thank you for your help, but I don’t understand why would PayPal have anything to do with email disappearing from Zazzle form? I already used/ am using that email for many years on other websites and never had any problems of such kind. If email is disappearing from Zazzle without any explanation what is going on, it seems to me like some glitch on Zazzle. Zazzle accepts email and later it is not there anymore.
It seems that email stopped disappearing on its own, at least for now.

I saw the word Paypal and my brain immediately went into ‘solve by contacting Paypal mode’. My brain get hyper excited to solve things sometimes. I’ll have a talk with it, meanwhile it apologizes for the confusion. lol.
It might have been an indexing situation, last night being Thursday, I believe indexing happens thurs/fri.
So that might be why it didn’t show/and then did show later.
