I moved a product that was discontinued on to pearl celluloid guitar pick but when I viewed it in the back end my new transferred product is showing as discontinued? Are guitar picks discontinued is this a bug because I transferred the item? Can you confirm guitar picks are still available and what has gone wrong here. I am hoping it is just related to the transfer and it will clear maybe? This is the item I am having trouble with? Back end says discontinued and it is not visable in the marketplace. I was going to transfer some more items but until I know this works and will be visable I will await your reply. Thank you 💝
I can confirm that our Guitar Picks are not discontinued, nor is your posting displaying as discontinued.
When you transferred the design and posted the guitar pick, you listed a new product. When new products are posted, they must be indexed which usually takes between 24-48 hours however there is an ongoing indexing delay which means your product will be made public eventually it’s just going to take a little longer.
I’m pretty sure if you transfer a hidden product to new product the new product will also be hidden unless you check “public” when you go to sell the product. This might be what happened here
Yes it wasn’t letting me change it. But all good now no longer showing discontinued, I just needed a bit more patience. The other products I transferred on to where all fine just the picks that had this time delay it seems.
