Pinterest individual product pinning issues

I’m starting a new thread because I think this is a different issue than the other Pinterest posts. And this is for individual products, not collections. (I already posted this on another thread only to realize afterwards it wasn’t applicable, but I can’t delete it. Sorry!)

I’ve been lazy & usually only pin directly from the Zazzle product page, no manual pins. But in the last couple of weeks, I’m noticing that the title of my product is NOT appearing in bold type under the pin. Sometimes there’s absolutely nothing. If I click on that pin, I can only get to my product now by clicking on “Zazzle” because the title is not clickable. In the past, it was.

WHAT is going on? Are these pins even viable? Would I even get a referral from them (assuming the stars align…lol)? And who is responsible? Zazzle? Pinterest? Can a moderator please respond & not ignore this? Thank you.

UPDATE: It seems as though a day or so later, the title of the pin appears as bold & is clickable to Zazzle. Although today when pinning, there was absolutely nothing – no type at all – under the pin. If I clicked on the pin, it showed the title, not in bold. And then going back to my board page, the title would appear, not bolded. But that didn’t last for long. Refreshing the page only made it go away with no copy at all below the pin, on the board page.

Can I please get an acknowledgment that a moderator has read this? And SOME sort of feedback?

Also, is anyone else seeing this/having this same problem?
