I entered ‘Pinterest Media Library’ in search (using browser) and found the following —-

How to Access and Use the Media Library
Find the feature: Log in to your business account, go to Manage business, and click on Media library.
Upload files: Click Upload media in the top navigation, then drag and drop or select files from your computer and save.
Use in campaigns: While building a campaign or ad group in Ads Manager, select Create Ad and choose Select from media library to add your saved assets.
