Please make it possible to edit and delete our posts at any time. In the unlikely event that someone abuses the privilege, that person can be blocked. In the even less likely event that many abuse the privilege, you can always tighten up again on the freedom to edit or delete forum posts.

We allowed this privilege on our old discussion forums and it caused readability issues. With this new platform we’ve largely kept the default settings, but we did increase the time allowed for editing posts.

Would it be possible to have the option to delete posts only in the Show me forums?
Now and then, for many different reasons, we all need to delete designs that we have created, and it would be good to also be able to delete them from the Show me threads.
Otherwise, I guess, the Show me threads will soon be filled with lots of nonfunctioning links.
It would be great if we were able to at least edit posts. I have entered new posts that have the incorrect wording in the title. I just made a post an hour ago that I looked at and the title just needs to have caps and question marks added. I hate that my mistakes are so prominent. It makes me hesitate in using the forums at all. Just because of my own mistakes. If one can not edit something they might prefer to not even post. I am sure I am not the only one.

I’ve updated the capitalization and punctuation of the post.
Users are able to edit their posts for 60 minutes after the post is submitted. I think this is a reasonable amount of time for a user to submit a post and then proofread it for accuracy.
