Engineering is aware of a bug that’s causing products to take on different attributes when a user is viewing a collection, or they open a product from a collection. For example, all mug styles may appear as a ‘basic’ mug in white.
Duplicates that I’ve closed out. We can use this discussion thread for additional conversation.

Thank you, Scott. I knew about the issues when opening the product from a collection, but the product I was talking about was a necklace watch that reverted to an e-watch. I didn’t click on it through a collection, I clicked on it through the sales history report in the backend. Thankfully though, if I view my public store front and search the item it comes up as it is supposed to. In my sales history it is showing up as an e-watch and no “transferred to another product” info. I was just worried that the customer would be sent the wrong item.
Will we get an update when this is resolved?
I just checked some collections. They are good again. Thanks to the engineering. ![]()
Many thanks Scott and Tech Engineering!
All my products in the collections are now showing correctly. xxx
Yep, this should be fixed now. Very sorry for the issues here.
Thank you very much Scott. It’s working perfectly now!
