Product Creation; Snapping image to center lines does not work.

Snapping image to center lines does not work.

In product creation the red vertical line and red horizontal line does not work.  Red lines are not visible and can’t Snap images to them.  This is a key feature to save time, over using the Align tab.  Hope you didn’t remove the feature. 

Align tab does work but it takes longer.

I’m sorry to hear that your experiencing an issue here. I can’t quite replicate this on my side. Do you have a link to a product/design that is displaying this error?

I see the issue and passed it along to engineering. Apologies for the inconvenience here.

Same issue here. Vert/horiz red lines have not worked for a few days.

I am also having the same issue. Very frustrating indeed! Didn’t know how much I loved that red line until it was gone!

The issue came back. No snap to the center (vertically and horizontally).

Please fix it. I used it very often.

It’s working fine for me. Can you check the Settings menu (top left) and double check that it’s enabled?

It was unchecked. It’s working now. Thank you!
