I haven’t been here for a while (not exactly motivated by the forced 5% royalty change tbh) but received a message from a customer who tried to personalize one of my wedding invitations and she couldn’t do it properly, and when I went to check the ‘Personalize’ option, it’s gone. It’s obviously a new format now, but it only gives the ‘Edit’ option. Shouldn’t people still be able to personalize products to put their own text in? When I checked other people’s invitations they all seem to still have ‘Personalize’ so it’s just me? Has anyone else found this on their products? TIA.
Customizable text is now the first thing you see when you choose ‘Edit’. Perhaps it was to give customers a little push to see the possibilities of the editor, I don’t know; but you can just change the text and then leave the editor.
@GraphicAllusion when you view your own products logged in - you see the “edit button”. Try viewing it in a browser where you are not logged in.
