@Suomii Yes please update this thread with any news you have. I have many products where the store stats says 0 views yet the product insights are showing lots of views and searches. There must be a bug where the insights aren’t talking to the store stats and transferring that data over. Hope you hear back soon Romy!
So am thinking there must a problem with either view insights over-inflating data or store stats are frozen in time or they’re not communicating with each other. I’ve got other socks with the same issue of no views in the stats back end but view insights are showing action

Im experiencing the same issue. (@ Sarah M, thanks for your response the other day relating to a similar issue. I played around with the date range, but no success in bringing the graph back to life

Comparing product insights to back end stats - these have activity but are not being credited in the stats.
Last viewed date never and last viewed date 8/9 months ago when in fact all have been viewed in June/July of this year and some have appeared in searches according to Product Insights
