Both products have covers, have 5 digit views, 4 digit sales, where ranked highly in the MP previously. Stores zRank is usually 9 but moved to 8 recently.
Search term: Photography Business Cards
Why: Both products have “Photography” in tags, description and title. Both products are business cards.
Filter: Filtered by the store the products are in. Products cannot be found either way, with or without the filter.
Search result remains the same when searching

change browsers e.g. Firefox, Edge, Chrome
I have tried to edit the product e.g. description, tags etc. to see if the indexer pics it up. No change so far in MP visibility.
Any help or explanation would be very much appreciated.
@J32Design on .com I used an incognito browser - used the search term : Photography Business Cards - used the filter for your store J32 Designs and 12 cards appeared but not the ones that are missing
Thanks for checking it out Sarah. I really appreciate it. Yes, my concern is mainly with the .com domain but my products seem to be disappearing from the MP entirely, whether it is the .com or any other domain.
Your second search appears to be my second store, hence the different result. One is named J32 Design while the other one is J32Design (without spaces). My apologies for the confusion.
For the second product (the square version) I couldn’t get it to come up with any of the variety of terms from your tags I used even after narrowing down to just biz cards category but it did come up as an “other design” under both yours and other’s products of similar designs:
What I noticed in trying to search up both cards was a number of results with similar images/designs as well as titles/tags/placeholder text, yours or others. So maybe there’s something to the “best practice” about trying to use different meta for products even with same design? Maybe search algorithm eliminates some of what it sees as “duplicates”?
When I searched for just your store name [j32design] I only got 112 results. _ That _ seems really weird to me as surely you have far more products than that.
Thank you for taking a look. The product is not coming up for me using camera lens black professional search. Neither logged in our out or incognito.
Why Zazzle would take out some of the more popular products and leave some not so popular products of mine is a mystery.
While both these products maybe similar, but they have different titles, descriptions and tags. Some words may used in both but there only so much you can change when it is the same style of design, the same category of product etc. What I am trying to say is they aren’t identical by any stretch.
The amount of products for that store seems about right, besides the few that are missing. I’ve hidden quite a few no sellers over time.
My other store also has products missing, and once again they are some of the few that I have added a cover image to. They are some of my most ever sold products with more than 5000 orders.
Based on other posts I’ve seen on this forum (and on my experience of searching my own store for the exact product name and no products are found), I believe Zazzle’s search engine is not working properly both in the marketplace and within our shops.
Many years ago now I had my 2 bestselling items drop out of the MP. They eventually got back in but my sales did not come back. Luckily for me I had so many links for these items all over the internet that I am still making some sales to this day, but never the same.
