Products reordered themselves

Hi!  I only recently came back to zazzle and this is the latest in my struggles.  I have a very particular oder in which i am uploading things.  8 color variants, 3 pattern variants, lots of designs in total.  Im making them for kids parties and stuff, going each color variant at a time, making them in little pattern batches.  They fit so nice and perfectly organized on my product page, but after making my lates design its all in disarray!  I came back and found 3 designs out of place!  Its sorted newest to oldest, but somehow the times have seemingly changed!  The items at the top are now what i made most recent!  I didnt even edit them most recent!  I reload and try and fix it, trying different sorting, and now its not just the 3 designs at the top!  Its 11 at the top now!  I dont know what is happening!  Why are they reorganizing themselves!  My nice neat organized and structured method is destroyed!  I just want it to go back to normal!  Please help me i am going to cry!

ITS 12 NOW WHAT IS HAPPENING

Did you just create these products today, because I don’t see any products in your store.

Theyre currently all hidden so i can unhide them in batches.  It jumped to 14 now and i just did a test new product and even that is behind the disorganized products

The products in your store backend are (by default) ordered from Newest to Oldest. Perhaps you accidentally mis-clicked and changed the sort order? It’s a dropdown menu just above the product grid.

I just logged in to your account and your store backend looks exactly as orderly as I’d expect given your post above.

So you can see my products i have hidden?  Do you see tissue paper and plates?  Because those arent my most recently made products, its wrapping paper.  A whole 24 products are displaced.  I think there must be some order to it because as products reorder, its nearly all tissue paper and theyre slowly going into their proper order, but they arent what i last made!  And neither are the plates.  They arent even the first ones i made.  I dont understand why this is happening

They bave stopped at 33 products for now.  All the tissue paper papers i made reorganized themselves to the top, and are somehow back in the normal order.  The plates too, except its not all the plates.  I dont understand why this is happening.  Doesnt matter the page refreshes.  Doesnt matter how many time i reset organization back to newest to oldest.

Im so frustrated.  I dont understand why theyre still at the top.  I dont understand why now items further down are disorganized.  I dont understand what happened.  I dont understand how to fix it.  I even signed out and then back in and its not fixed.  I want it to go back to the way it was.  I want it to be fixed but im the only person here right now.  Youre probably home or asleep or something, and so is the other person.  Im all alone with this issue ans the AI cant possibly understand either.  Im so frustrated and overwhelmed i cant do anything but cry because there is no solution i can find and everyone is gone.  Im alone in here.

Update:  I made all my current things public.  It is still disorganized on my side.  The only place where it is organized are within my collections, and thats only because i was able to organize them myself.  I dont know how to fix this.  Its so discouraging to me to have a little order i worked so hard on keeping perfect to be completely destroyed for no reason and at no fault of my own.  Please help.  Im so serious, i need someone to help me with this.  I dont even care how trivial and stupid this issue seems, its very much affecting me.  I know i must sound like a crazy person but im begging anyone PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.  I DONT WANT TO SPEND MY WHOLE NIGHT CRYING OVER THIS!!!

Oh god i think theyre reordering AGAIN PLEASE SOMEONE SEE THIS!!!

NOT a Zazzle rep, but there are no products showing yet in your store and though I can see you have two Collections with 120 products each, they are both not showing any products yet. This usually means your products and Collections were recently created and haven’t yet been “indexed” to show to the public on your store front. (You can still share them via a direct link though.)
That you published products as Hidden and are making them public “in batches”, that could be compounding the “indexing” and why your order apparently keeps changing as things settle.

As for the order they appear to you in your backend, the display defaults to Newest but you can change that to numerous other sort orders. But, customers browsing your store will have much more limited sort options. The default for others viewing your product list is “Popular” and noone really knows how that order is figured. Besides that default, the customer can choose to sort by Newest or price highest/lowest

So don’t pull too much hair out over the sort order as you can’t control the order customers will see your listings in (which is going to be Popular unless they think to change it) and be patient. Patience is key here  while things are getting “indexed” behind the scenes.

So its all for nothing?  All my very careful, meticulous planning to upload everything in the exact order i want them to display at the very least on my side is all for nothing?  Theres no way to fix it?  I have to live with this ugly jumbled confusing mess of a backend store for the rest of my time on here?  It was all pointless???

Basically, yes, all that effort was unnecessary — especially considering the fact that most customers shop only in the Zazzle marketplace and they rarely visit designers’ stores.

I dont care about it for the customers.  I care about it for myself.  They dont have to look at my ugly backend.  If anything, they can look in my collections.  I care about how it looks for me on my side.  I care about it being organized on my side.  I care about being able to easy scroll down to exactly where a specifc product should be and finding it perfectly in place on my side.  I care about how i spent hours of my life making each product in a very specific order to be specifically organized on my side.  Organization doesnt matter for the customers.  It matters for me.  Has this happened to you?  Has your store stayed the same back end, or has it jumbled up?  If i have it ordered based on creation date, it should be ordered based on when i created it.  It shouldnt be all jumbled like this.  Has this happened to anyone else or am i the only one whos noticed?  I mean there is no possible way in the history if this site no one else has noticed and panicked if this is standard.

LAST UPDATE: I came back today and its all back in normal order.  I am happy and satisfied now, though i wish it had never happened to begin with
