@PAZP think there something kooky going on with profile settings - just had a look at mine and the birth date was incorrect. Changed it, saved it and nothing changed. I then refreshed the page and it’s showing correct now.
Maybe save and refresh? (make sure all the fields are filled in on your profile)
Thanks, @Sara. I’m still getting this message on my profile after a few changes but my stores are still showing the 85% even after adding my state to each one! Very strange.
I often see that message that my profile is only at 80% or so complete even though I know it was complete long ago. I just click to refresh the page and it goes back to showing 100% complete.
Yesterday I received a notification to update my profile. I checked and my profile shows 100% complete but my three stores are still showing 85% complete.
Perhaps it is related to timing. We also get those messages about sharing collections if we have not shared one for a while—I am not sure how long the interval is.
Maybe this is another feature meant to remind us to keep everything active and up to date. If you do not share anything from a store for a long time, you can be moved down in visibility again, at least that is how I understand it.
I think we may slowly be getting closer to understanding how the ranking works. If you are not regularly active on Zazzle itself—not just in the Community—you may gradually move further down in visibility.
It also seems that it is not enough to rely only on categories, a shop, or the API. Products and collections both need to be actively promoted.
I am in my stores daily and share products and collections to Pinterest daily. On each store is says “Provide your profile photo and name”. My profile is a 100%. When I click on the link it sends me back to my profile and not my store.
If I’m supposed to be improving my store score why does it keep sending me to my profile. It doesn’t make sense.
Searched for and found them all…
No idea, but, is it perhaps because you use just a first name?
Have to check it on mine.
Realized weeks ago, some feature changed and then you still have to adapt. Like, this board is now on a new “software”, or the collections, you start them as whatever / supposed to be a gift. Now this changed. Zazzle is quite no place to not log in really carefully often.
Look at the footer area, it is on every product a little bit different, the tag area changed. Some updates “appear” without any communication, sometimes hard to be on step and see what is new.
