Hey,
I just started Zazzle. I have to reach Lvl 4 so that my designs are seen by the customer right?
Lade 10 Medienelemente hoch (+5%)
I have done all tasks to reach it currently at 95% . It still says that I have to upload 10 elements although I have uploaded 40+.
Can someone help me and tell me why I dont reach lvl4?

@Inkedzoo The help sections explain all about zrank https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/222927048-How-zRank-Works and if you do a search of the forum - there is loads of good information discussing how to increase (mostly by getting sales/getting referrals)
As you’re a new creator - your store takes time to set up - keep designing and fill your store/get promoting your products to social and those sales will appear eventually and your zrank will increase in time. Nothing is ever immediate.
It just takes time - think of having a zazzle store as more of a running a marathon than a running a sprint.
(and getting an elusive zrank of 10 is a pipe dream I’ve found - 5/6/7/8 is pretty good to aim for)

Hey thanks for the fast reply. I have read all of that. In fact you need to reach lvl 4 to get sales. But the last task is not going away, so I think its a bug or something since I have accomplished the task and uploaded the 10 mediaelements.
@Inkedzoo it takes ages for it to settle down. If you’ve done everything that needs to be done - carry on and the system will catch up eventually. You can get sales at 3 - keep promoting!

You are currently visible in the marketplace. A lower ranking simply means that you are farther back in the search results.
@Inkedzoo What are these 10 media elements you uploaded? Cover photos/videos? Because apparently those are something different than the 10 media elements required to complete the checklist. Unfortunately, I can’t remember off the top of my head how & where to add them to get them to count.
