I submitted an issue to the zazzle help center after which message me immediately by zazzle inc. then in evening I received a message from support@zazzle.com And in that they are asking me for product
id. but the order number written on it is confusing to me.Please reply to me whether it is real or spam
That’s real- I’ve gotten several emails from them that look just like that. The real Zazzle customer service won’t ask for any personal information, but they do ask for product IDs so they can look into the problem.
