I do not have a cell phone, so I can not get a text with a code to see messages from customers who have questions. Yes, I know, “Everybody has a cell phone”, well I don’t so I am locked out of seeing messages or requests.
This is rediculous, 😡

It’s been “passed on to the team” (I am starting to wonder if there is such a thing as a “team”, because there is never a follow up on things)

There is at least one other person (me) without a cell phone. I am just ignoring all of the problems with the messages (I think I’ve received 2-3 in the last 14 years) and the collections (I will not jump through hoops that have no relevance to me).
yes I only have a landline as well should be able to op out and get messages like before
