All of the designs that I have been creating over the last few days have completely disappeared from my store. I shared the designs on Pinterest after I created them, and when I click the link on Pinterest it takes me to the product page on Zazzle. So the designs must still be on the Zazzle marketplace, but I cannot see them in the backend of my store. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

yes. everything since 2 Feb is gone from store backend, but so far is still showing in collections

I am seeing the same thing. Products I designed from Feb 3 and 4 and. most of today are no longer visible in my store’s backend.

Yep just noticed this too. Went from showing 715 to 644 designs. And even though earlier it was showing the last viewed date as a day ago, now it’s showing only from 3 days ago. And of course this happens while I’m in the process of doing cover photos for my recent items.

Everything I designed today and for the last few days has suddenly disappeared. The last products in my store that I created that appear are from 1/30. Everything since then has disappeared. In the backend nothing views since 2/1.

Question: if this has happened to anyone in the past, does Zazzle eventually “find” the products? I’m wondering if I should continue designing now or wait for the bugs to get fixed.

Same for me! Products I created today never showed up at all, and everything I created yesterday was there this morning, but now has disappeared!
