I’m having the same problem. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now—with intermittent updates here and there.

Hi Emma. I don’t know … The ones I clicked a few hours ago, they appeared as seen … I’m just afraid that I didn’t screw up :slightly_smiling_face: It’s not a big deal … Maybe it’s an ad blocker or something like that … :slightly_smiling_face:

I am confused as to how are we supposed to send products links to prove views are not updating when we don’t know if the product is being viewed because views are not updating? 

Th easiest way to tell this is to sort backend by last viewed date. When there is nothing for the last 24 hours to one day then something is not functioning

last viewed date has not updated in 2 days

Same here. Last viewed date has not updated in 2 days in all of my stores.

I don’t understand what’s going on.  Yesterday I was seeing views “withing the last 24 hours” now today it shows 2 days ago as the earliest views. How can that be?

My last views are also 2 days ago again and not updating.

Same here, not updating.

I also see the most recently view with “3 days ago”…and sales also dropped since the issue accordingly :disappointed_face:

That’s the same day mine stopped.
We must be on the “ stinky slow “ server.

Mine stopped on the 28th. Looks as if mine all updated during the night of May 31-June 1. The server. must have  looked at the calendar and decided to give itself a long Memorial Day weekend 28th-31st? (Memorial Day in the U.S.)

I had 3 products showing “viewed within the last 24 hour hours” shortly after logging on this morning.  Now 3 hours later last viewed date shows “1 day ago”.  Something sure isn’t working right.
