Awhile back there was an issue of referrals not clearing. It’s happening again. While royalties through 2/27 have cleared as of 3/29, I’m showing related referrals still waiting to clear.

I earned a referral on 2/21 that has not yet cleared. This referral should be included in my total earnings for the month of February that is paid April 15th. How can I be assured that this referral will be included in my April payment from Zazzle?

Yes, I can confirm that I have one on 2/26 that is still shown on the pending side too, after I pulled the csv report for it. Hmmm, I know they’re working on it, buuuut.
