Is it possible to create a way to notify some moderator if someone who has posted in the Affiliate Design Request forum decides to no longer promote the products they requested. There is already one such thread and creators have still posted products after the requester said they were done promoting.
One creator posted that they wished they had seen the quitting notice before they did work revamping a couple designs. Clearing out threads when the promoter specifically advises that they are done would keep that forum fresh and be fairer to creators looking for promotion.
