Normally when I make amendments and replace a product, the item image goes faint and stays that way until the process has been completed. Sometimes it happens quite quickly, but I understand it can take a few days.
Today however, I have made changes to a number of items, but instead of seeing each product image go faint, with its accompanying message, it stays the way it was before I made any alterations. I then discover that all the items I have revised so far today are in my “Saved Designs”.
Is this an error? I can’t really carry on making amendments if I’m unsure if they’re going to be implemented…
FWIW when I replace a product it goes gray AND the revised version shows up under Saved. Occasionally they’re processed quickly and the gray disappears really fast. However, the original product incarnation still shows. I find that it actually catches up and changes in a day or two.
They have always gone into my Saved Designs, and are nearly impossible to delete them from there. Zazzle fixed that for a while, but it seems to be a problem again.
