'REQUEST ERROR' in my store

Hi, I create vinyl on the shop window and once I uploaded i received message:  

Request Error

An unexpected error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. If you got to this page after manually entering the URL into the Address field of your browser, please make sure that it is spelled correctly.

My store now: https://www.zazzle.com/store/boldandvivid wont even let me get in into it. The products are still are online and people can purchase but i can not get access to my store with over 1000 designs. Not sure what to do. My other stores are fine.

I am so sorry to hear you are having an issue with one of your stores! I was able to reproduce the error on my side and I have flagged it with our team to take a further look, I will reach out to you once I have a reply from them.

I just clicked on your link and also got the request error.
I googled bold and vivid (all one word) and found a dot com with that name, someone (not you) could have registered the name, might be the problem, not sure. If not, nevermind…

I am having this same issue. I went to delete a product, now my shop doesnt show up anywhere. When I manually type the address (https://www.zazzle.com/store/harper_and_rose) I receive this message:  

Request Error
